More about the company
How we work

From producer to your warehouse in 4 steps

A proven system of direct B2B supply: fresh produce, retail-chain standards and unloading exactly in the agreed time slot.

  1. STEP 01

    Specification and schedule

We agree on size, grade, quality tolerances and packaging format, including federal retail and private-label requirements, and set a schedule that reflects the harvest season.

  2. STEP 02

    Sorting, QC and pre-cooling

Inspectors check produce in the fields and at sorting centres. Size grading, rejection of defects and rapid cooling give the longest possible shelf life.

  3. STEP 03

    Logistics and customs

Reefer trucks and containers with temperature data loggers along the North–South corridor. Full customs clearance and phytosanitary and veterinary inspection.

  4. STEP 04

    Delivery to your DC (DDP)

Delivery in the assigned unloading slot with a full set of documents: UPD invoice with VAT, EAEU declarations of conformity, phytosanitary certificates. No foreign-trade risk for you.

Cold chain in motion

Cold all the way to your warehouse

Follow a shipment from the orchard to your distribution centre. Temperature is logged at every stage, and the chart is handed over on delivery.

Answers to key questions

What are your delivery and payment terms?

Our standard is DDP (Incoterms 2020) to the retail chain's distribution centre or the buyer's warehouse in Russia. You sign a contract directly with RUNASH LLC; payment is by bank transfer in roubles including VAT (10% or 20%, depending on the product) via electronic document exchange (EDI). Large distributors can also be shipped FCA or DAP on request.

What is the minimum order?
  • Fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and frozen seafood: from one reefer truck or reefer container. Consolidated loads of products with similar temperature requirements are possible.
  • Dates, dried fruit and PERSIOR grocery: from 1 pallet from our Moscow warehouse, or from 1 container when ordered directly from the producer.
How do you keep fresh produce fresh in transit?
  • Pre-cooling right after harvest removes field heat and stops wilting.
  • The right packaging: five-ply corrugated board, plastic crates, perforated film.
  • Data loggers in every truck record temperature and humidity; a temperature chart is provided on acceptance at the DC.
Do you provide the full set of documents retail chains require?
  • Declarations of conformity with EAEU Technical Regulations TR CU 021/2011, 022/2011, 023/2011 and 040/2016.
  • Phytosanitary certificates and Rosselkhoznadzor quarantine certificates.
  • Veterinary documents via the FGIS Mercury system for fish and seafood.
  • Test reports from accredited laboratories.
  • Russian-language labelling with EAN-13 and ITF-14 / SSCC barcodes.
Can you pack products under our own brand (private label)?

Yes. We grade produce to your chain's specification (PLU card) and pack it in flow-pack, trays, IML containers, glass and PET. Products arrive at your DC with a ready Russian-language label, barcode and your brand's design.

How is quality checked before shipment to Russia?

Our own QC team works in the growing regions and at the factories. There are three stages: selection of raw produce in the field, size checks on the sorting line, and a final pallet inspection before loading. Each batch gets a photo and video report with size, weight, Brix and flesh-temperature measurements.

Which regions do you deliver to, and how long does it take?

Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Central, Volga, Southern and Ural federal districts, and Belarus. Average transit time from the sorting centre to a Moscow warehouse is 6 to 9 days.
